Congratulations Rassel, this is by far the most efficient and genius design you've come up with. Putting the closet on top of the bed is such a commonsensical idea. Usually, when we arrange things, like in cupboards, we put those that are seldom used on top shelves, and things that are often used within reach. In this case, putting the closets on top is really good, since we spend less time dressing up, and the like. Whereas, working on our study/office table and sleeping is what we usually do most of the time, so these places of function should be within reach. Again, good job Rassel. We wait for more designs. Yo intercambiaria el espacio del librero por el guardarropa, dejando así la parte alta para una zona de lectura. Siento que se desperdicia el espacio superior dejando allí el guardarropa. Aún así se ve muy elegante el diseño

Great Room! I would just change the TV to where the desk is. Can always be a screen for both TV and computer. It would then, create more space to make the bed, if on that position. If I would not have my 3*4mt already done, I would definitely go for something alike this 👏👏👏

Great idea. The only thing i wouldnt want is the work space in bedroom. I prefer a separate room for working. Especially if both husband and wife use the bedroom

1.2x1.9 meters po ang size ng loft. As for the weight, nakadepende po sa ilalagay nyo sa cabinet. Just make sure po na matibay ang loft at as much as possible, mga damit lang ang ilagay.
