My partner and I spent a week on DHI back in 2017 on a 6 week 4wd trip whilst she was 20 weeks pregnant. Best time we ever had. We even spent a night in the shack ;) Can’t wait to go back there. Awesome video Graham. Brought back so many memories.

This is one of the best episode ever published on this channel (and I have watched all of them multiple times!). I love those solo episodes, a perfect way to showcase the beautiful country of Australia. And thanks Graham for those stories, I love learning about those places! Whilst I'm loving the camera work and Graham makes me smile every time he opens his mouth I can't help but miss the older AuSolo episodes. Maybe it's just me but in this one I noticed every time a brand name was placed perfectly in front of the camera.

Potatos (and sweet potato) done like this, cooked in peanut or sunflower oil , season with a bit of steak spice and chicken stock powder. I've cooked this for about 15 people. Everyone has loved them.
