How are people getting so many scoops?!?! The site said only ONE PER PERSON. It wouldn’t even let me mix and match different sizes! Help please?

Hi there, this last time before they sold out there was an option of up to 4 regular scoops but now it changed to just 1 per person but the 123 go nails scoop, the color scoop and the super scoop always had a limit of 1 per person
