Paul almost got it right on the gummies. You said the first part right and the last part is like Ghandi the Indian pacifist but Ghanda. It is great for feeling calm. I take capsules before I go to bed.

Gripe Water! I haven't heard those words for years. I am 68 and the oldest of 6, my Mom often gave the little ones Gripe Water when they were fussing, it usually worked. Have no idea what it really is. Since I use baking soda in water to relieve occasional heart burn, I have to wonder if it's something like that 🙂

Going to sound crazy but the anbesol you going to actually use it on your body my elderly Uncle used to use it all over his body whenever he was hurting and it would numb where he hurt I thought it was crazy but I have a really bad back and sometimes it gets sore for me to even touch and the ambus all to help numb were you hurt I know Paul says his back hurts sometimes this can help relieve the pain
