1st important thing is to grease every axel and bearing or even make sure that they are in good grease, but no you just put that front wheel axel straigth back without any grease :DDD

What kind of torque wrench do you recomend for wrenching dirt bikes? 5nm -25 covers most or do i need one for the fine stufff and one for the heavier stuff?

@Derbisenda yes you can, why else do you think it sounds like it does between 17:53 and 17:57? Then I shit in whether it's the second startup or the 20th start. My dirt bikes get a proper warm up before I give them full throttle and they don't sound like it does in the video, but you get to do what you want with your bikes, I don't care.

SwEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET. Doing that myself, too. Use the plug in the cylinder that it came with, get all the oil and crud out in the first hour, then change to the new plug in the bag. Oh, and have at least two beers when assembling.

best (300) and 2nd best (250) motorbike. and get your extra set of 17" to switch with some lilttle extras (big frontbrake) and adjustments (suspension) and you are the king of kings

You can't. That's why he has Giovanni there. Who is probably a certified KTM mechanic. No KTM franchise will sell a bike to you in the crate.

@@chartermitchell9217 I have a friend who contacted them and got a deal as he's rode yams for 6b years and they did him a deal with a yzf250 and a yz125 both 2019, he wouldn't tell me how he did it but he got a hood enough deal and he said he saved a lot of money

This is actually i am asking frequently.. why the ktm send the bike with exhaust attached on the machine and they give one extra exhaust too inside the box?? What happen with the stock? I mean that is the stock exhaust is functional?

A hint was to remove the stop switch. I saw keys attached to the handlebars. Do the new 2 stroke models have a keyed start for 2020? If not, how are you shutting the bike down?

I know a guy who bought a brand new 0 hour honda 250 4 stroke and before the warranty was out the valves stretched so bad it took the top end out .. he didn't worry because of the warranty but honda still gave him a hard time over it even though its the shitty valves they use that caused the issue

For what you get from both ktm and husky bikes they are well worth the little extra over a Yamaha or Suzuki, etc price.. I have two 300exc's and they are both early 2000's and I havent had any major issues at all out of them and the 99 husky cr250 I have has been great as well... atleast the valves dont stretch so fast you can't keep up with them like the yamaha's, etc "in the 4 stroke bikes that is".. clearly 2 strokes don't have normal valves

You tighten the bolts a lot, every bolt has the correct torque... Anyway, nice bike!!!

Especialy the torch , once i destroyed one accidently because i tighten it too much too often and to clean a cylinder from metal parts is not the easiest work

There's a speed limiter on ktm duke it's the ground wire from the speed sensor on front left fork u cut that crap wire boom 170mph

Over torqued the bar mounts then used a torque wrench to make sure they were over torqued. Click click yep, over torqued

Probably something to do with emissions, like the cheap pipe woth the wonky expansion chamber. It looked like a different plug in the side by side comparison.

They provide a spare. You should wait until you run the assembly oil out of the bike, about one hour ride time, then change to the new plug...

What’s up with that pipe? Euro emissions? Looks more like a 125/150 pipe. Strange shape for a 250/300. Looks like it hangs down really low in the front.

I think you ask for which is fitted on the bike. Yes, it's for euro emissions. You must exchange it with the one in the box next to the motorcycle.
