I like this video, not only did you show us how to configure it but you also showed us how to set it up. I have been working a while in IT now and I notice that there are a lot of people who do not have hands-on experience with a device. Seeing these kind of video's help a lot. Thank you Keith.

i want to find out something. is the Vcenter running on a separate host(Esxi-4) which is different from the EX-1 through to 3? also active directory running on a separate physical host? what is the best design for small to medium company

I see u also set 9000 MTU on mgmt network to support jumbo frames. Is it necessary to do that on mgmt network?

What is main use of these Keith in a real world ? Is it just for file and data storage ? Can an application be run on it like a server and shared to users?
