Metal mein very slow speed mein chalao aur pressure de ke rakho.. squealing awaaz nhi aana chahiye, smoke aur heat bhi nhi hona chahiye.. aur thoda lubricant bhi daalo to protect the sharpness of bits..

Yes you can, but it's not fully hammer machine, but it has hammering mode, if your work so much to drill pillar then buy a good hammer drill
