@@homemadecreativee thanks for replying. One time spending more 3000 rs is not issue. Problem is that it will not be used much. I am not doing fabrication work. I also don't know welding job and how to use it. I am planning to buy angle grinder (DeWalt) and welding machine just after seeing KZfaq videos.

The open circuit voltage between the two terminals is 35 volts DC. So it is safe to touch. 35 volt cannot deliver a lethal shock.

If you want to purchase for home usage, go for the following brand. Purchase one time and forget maintenance and warranty for life time. 1) Drill Machine, Hand Cutter and Tile Cutter, Jigsaw: Buy from the brand - Makita, Bosch, Hitachi, Stanley, Black&Decker, Dewalt (These company are from Japan, Germany & USA but they are making the equipment's in China due to low price man power. 2) Welding Machine: you can buy from IBELL, SHAKTI, HITBOX, SPARTON, V&D IBELL from Kerala, India, Shakti is from china but service maintenance from Gujarat, India. All other are from china but maintenance by Indian marketing team. Even china products are good and reparable. electronics parts are available in India. Because most of spare parts are semiconductors and available in India.
