I was super excited to use my new We R Memory Keepers Foil Quill on my Cricut Explore Air Machine. I think this came out wonderful and give it 2 thumbs up. Super excited to make more cards using this.

Beautiful! Does the qill take the place of the machine Heidi Swapp has promoted that looks like a laminator?

I don’t think the Foil Quill replaces the other machine. They are similar and produce similar results I would think the laminator method to be used more for stamping. I did think about getting a laminator to use with my stamps but wanted to try this first. I do believe having both just broadens your creativity.

@@MikeDezinesbyEM That makes sense. I did see someone use foil on a laser printed file using a regular laminator so that made me want that tool. I am interested in using it for thing's I make with my Cricut so the Qulll would likely serve my needs. I appreciate your demonstration.😀

I have seen the laser printer method also. My thoughts were I either have to buy those pre printed which would limit my creativity or I would have to buy a laser printer. I opted for this method as I use my machines almost daily and I see more possibilities for designing this way. Hope you can post some of your projects when you get your machine. @@MikeDezinesbyEM I will share. I have to slow down a bit though as I have received a few other tools as gifts within the past 2 weeks I want to master. But the quill is now on my list.
