Its a great bench, heck for ~20k its best adjustable bench in india, compared to what is available in the name of commercial benches, and I agree that uniform and extra width is something great for powerlifting movements, but I was looking for a slight taper at the top. I am not very wide around clavicles so 12 inch will bother me if i would try to do spider curls and db rows using the back pad as chest support, Sayantan can you confirm if siege was manufacturing golem bench which had 10-11 inch ish width for the back pad, or it was 12 inch from the starting, anyways your content is amazing and your channel in steadily growing, wishing more growth and success to you, keep making gains, home gym has shaped up nicely 💯🔥

It had 11 inch in the beginning, now they shifted to 12 as standard. You can ask them if they have any of those 11 available. Also you won’t face any issues doing dumbbell rows no matter how narrow you are, in spider curls if you put your lower chest against the bench then it won’t hinder the movements of your hands

can you please tell me the solution for the breaking of the spring of the 60 kgs boldfit hand gripper ...I have 5 of them and all of the springs of the hand gripper are broken within 10 months of usage is their any way to fix ,like by welding or something .....also please tell me any alternative 60 kg hand gripper of of better quality❤❤

@@DesiGymReviews thanks for the reply ❤..... I had buyer metal handgripper once of USI 200 lbs for around 650rs but that was actually had very less resistance it's was like 30 kgs, so I returned it ....can you give me best metal hand gripper buy link of around 60 to 100 kgs

It is a good bench but is too much to afford a normal middle class. In this line much depend on dedication and less Depend on these fancy equipment. We can make good physic only bodyweight if We dedicate but if not dedication all lakhs or millions equipment or gyms are not Help
