So cute! I have the iridescent pink key holder and I love it. It’s not caviar, but it’s still really durable. No scratches or creases. It’s just smooth and soft and so pretty.

Congrats! I almost got that mauvey pink color but am trying to hold out for a lilac 🤞🏽 I ended up getting a small zip because they had lilac in that, but I still need the flap cardholder!!! I’m sooooo lucky to have purchased mine at Dubai airport back in 2019! They had one last caviar black and gold in the system but couldn’t locate it until they really checked the stock and it was labelled differently on the box! Soooo thankful to have found a genuinely good SA! Happy for you maggie!

Yayyy it’s such a beautiful classic cardholder! I bought the light green one from Saks in Manhattan when I went to NY to see my friend and my friend has told me the same thing about the pink or any light colors would get dirty which I totally agree after using mine (there is a piling issue too). I adore it though! I am on a hunt to get the exact same style that you just got as mine is the flap cardholder with the whole flap opens. I used BV cardholder prior to my current chanel cardholder too 🥹💚🩷

i got the black caviar with gold hardware late last year and it's quickly become my favourite travel wallet because i like being able to slip hotel key cards or metro cards into that back pocket.

It’s so weird how it’s so hard to get the classic cardholder now. I had to go through a personal shopper to get the light pink. She said she can’t find the new purple. It’s gone. I did find the light purple tho. Looking for the Fushia and red. You chose such a lovely color. Enjoy her.

Love these Chanel SLGs. I just bought the turquoise one with the black hardware. I haven’t used it yet but i liked the color. I didn’t even notice the black hardware until people pointed it out in social media! 😮. Enjoy your new purchases. I have a small O case in a similar color as your new SLG. I love color but black is always timeless. I don’t shop Chanel much but the SAs always seem to be very accommodating. I go to Las Vegas and usually shop as I don’t live in a city with a boutique (SF is the closest.). The SA who helped me at Neiman Marcus told me the same thing about Chanel, that you had to wait until after the first week if you want anything shipped…..

Congrats on the new cardholder! I know you’ve been after one in a good color for a while, so glad you were able to get one! As for how to build a relationship w/ a Chanel SA (or really any SA), I feel like the short answer to that question is just buy things, but other than that, as long as a person is polite and reasonable during interactions the relationship should build itself. In terms of non-responsiveness, that seems to be somewhat of a norm for Chanel and H SAs, I usually follow up after a week if there hasn’t been a response. Most of the time they are not ghosting you on purpose, they are just swamped with texts.

Thank you!! And yes my sentiments exactly! To regardless of timeline but as long as you shop with the same person then they’ll appreciate that. They’re probably flooded with over 50+ messages a day so to get back to everyone must be exhausting!

It’s so weird bc on fb groups some people say it’s confirmed by their SAs and other people say their SAs haven’t heard a single thing. But Chanel will only be more expensive so buying now will still be cheaper than later 😅😅

@@maggyxchuu girl I went crazy. I got one myself and then I went with my husband the next day and couldn’t decide on two colors and ended up with both . All cuz I was so paranoid the price increase was gonna happen . But it never did and then one of my bags had a tear/defect so I had to return it and they tried to convince me to get the lilac instead but I am just sooo not a purple girl haha. But I swear I wanna be done with my chanel obsession it’s getting too much and the quality is awffffuuullll . All the bags I bought this year have defects!

Living in Dubai has been great. Ive seen videos telling its impossible to get black caviar card holder, but each time i came to Dubai Mall, they always have stock 😂😂 the price isnt cheaper than buying in Europe, but since its easier to get in UAE, i think the price is good
