Nice going with the 14k. Im not big into 10k and I see a lot of people doing Cubans in 14k. 7mm is a perfect size. Me personally wouldn’t wear anything larger.

Yea I was going to get a 8mm but the 7mm is just enough for me for everyday wear or a night out. Simple and classic is what I was looking for.

Congratulations on the two gorgeous pieces! I actually prefer the look of 14-karat gold and think it looks better on lighter skin tones. It also has a vivid sparkle that higher karats don't seem to have. Jewelry is more about the appearance for me rather than the value, so I don't see the point in investing in anything over 14-karat gold if that's what looks good. People who purchase gold as a financial investment should just buy 24-karat bullion because jewelry is more of an aesthetic fashion thing.

I ended up selling the flat curb. The 5.5mm is very close to the 6mm honestly the 6mm just feels heavier.

They are different but I think the Miami Cuban is superior to the Flat Curb. The weight factor, the polish, and the classic style is what makes the Cuban better. It is also handmade and the craftsmanship makes it that much better.
