Believe it or not, the real ejection port cover/dust cover on the real H&K 416 is actually made of polymer.

I wouldn’t worry about the plastic dust cover. A lot of high end real AR15 manufacturers here in the US (DD, KAC, FN, SOLGW, Etc.) use polymer dust covers now because it’s saved weight on something that doesn’t need to be super durable. Ounces turn into pounds fast

Regarding the mags compatibility, the 416D mag well design is the one with issues; this one here is the 416A5 newer design and should work with most mags.

In all fairness to double bell, the real 416a5 uses a plastic dust cover

amazing gun. most retailers will change out the connector to your desired type for free if you ask so thats settled. also a bit disappointing that we got no pictures of this thing all dressed up with attachments cmon pheas

I can't get over the fact that the gas block is the wrong type. It's adjustable on HK416A5 models, but this has the older non-adjustable one. EDIT: I'm fairly sure the ejection port cover is polymer of some sort on the real rifle, so they got that right.

I just got the double bell m16 the mag kinda suck but they had to make sacrifices somewhere right? Its just as accurate as my valken echo if not a bit more accurate i like it plan on running it as a dmr platform and using the echo as a secondary the m16 will sit in an ar scabbard that attaches to my plate carrier and the echo on a single point sling

can we use a 11.1v lipo with it?
