The ATX Standard for computer power supplies only requires them to survive a 17ms power blip. This UPS claims to have a transfer time of 20ms. Depending on the computer power supply the computer may restart during a power outage. A run of the mill APC or CyberPower UPS has a transfer time of less than 10ms.

@@adriftatlas thanks for that info. So far the computer has not restarted when the power went down or fluctuated. But now that you have mentioned it we will keep track of it. Appreciate your comment.
