I buy from eBay all the time and never had your luck. Word of advice if your buying overseas and know it will take 15 days. After 2 weeks file a complaint so you do t get screwed. this will send the seller a flag that he's slow but at least eBay knows. if it shows up 3 or 4 days after this then lift the complaint as long as the item checks out but with the complaint in at least your ass is covered to make a return. This goes for American sellers as well. Next, if the price is to good to be true it probably is. read everything about the Auction even the FINE PRINT. eBay's policy is if the item is NOT as described you can definitely get your money back.
