I think this is actually my favourite version of Boba. I always adored the ESB/RotJ versions, but there's just something about those black robes. The rough details on the armor aren't actually accurate on this figure, though. On-screen, it was all smooth. But I like the added texture, so I'm all good with that, and it just makes more sense, as you described. Very much enjoy your commentary! Thanks!

A note on starships, since you've mentioned them here... Boba Fett's Firespray is still Slave I. Disney/LFL has stopped putting the name on toy packaging, and some fans overreacted (shocker!) and said they were erasing the name. But I think they just found it questionable on (ostensibly) kids' products. But she is, and always will be (unless a formal change is made) the Slave I. As for Din Djarin's ship, that one has never been named. Razor Crest is the make/mode (like Slave I is a Firespray or the Millennium Falcon is a YT-1300). That's why everyone, from the Mythrol in the first episode to our friend Captain Teva, recognized it by that name even though he wasn't broadcasting any ident. These are small, quibbling, and pedantic in nature, I acknowledge. Thus is the nature of geekdom, however.

Hi Terry Awsome video as always I realy like your poses(my all time favorit is the second pose of the ESB Boba) You’ve held every HT Boba figure, which is the best one in person in your opinion, inclideing the 1/4 Book of Boba Fett version Is that repaint and throne better than the 1/4 scale one or the 1/4 scale is the ultimate king? I’m curious to hear your opinion!

I’ve never really put much thought into that question, Mark. 🤔 If it helps narrow it down, I only have three on display at the moment: The repaint with throne, the deluxe set with the two figures, and Arena Fett. The new QS is a standout, and definitely represents a step up in terms of overall detail in a QS figure by Hot Toys. But I wouldn’t necessarily call it the king. I’ll figure it out by the time I do my video with all of the sixth scale Fett’s.

@@PosemasterGeneral thank you very much! I’ll trade the 2pack to the QS Boba btw I’ve never had a 1/4 scale figure before so I’m pretty excited I’ll make a custom 1/4 throne for him to sit on, I thibk it’ll be one dope display. I’m looking forward to see your video from all the 1/6 Fetts
