Painting miniatures can be an enjoyable hobby all by itself. Stickering blocks, not so much :).

FINALLY got the corrected map/mats... You should have gone whole-hog and gotten the neoprene mat. It only took 2 f'ing years, but they are VERY nice and FINALLY all the blocks fit with ease! :) [I have several extras if you are interested btw...just saying... :) ]

With my less than steady hands I'm sure I would probably mess up at least 10% of the stickers...

That's one thing Columbia should do... Give a duplicate sticker sheet in case mistakes are made with the stickers on the blocks. Although in the past, I had more luck putting them on by aligning one corner of the sticker with a corner of the block.

I skipped on the Kickstarter because I have historically had no interest at all in North Africa or the North African campaign or any of that. But looking at this, this is just a beautiful production and I might get it Because of that. Even though I was waiting for Columbia to finally get moving on "Mountain Men", It's been about a year since we've heard anything about that game and it seems like the Kickstarter won't be happening until 2023.

I think the original map is actually better. Even more prettier. The supply system is brilliant, yet simple, with dummy cards etc. Strong block game. Should I buy it - again? (Chucked out my original many moons ago)...
