Had loop engage and even use at work. Took a mo to get used to hearing my own voice differently but colleagues say i dont sound any different or louder. Makes a massive difference to audio stress effects. Next up quiet and i didnt even realise they were squishy! Cant wait for them to arrive. Thanks for the video

Just so you all know, a lot of people (including myself) get almost nothing for background noise out of the engage ones. I do have better hearing than most and that might contribute, but I notice almost no difference when wearing them and when not. I can't say anything about the quiet ones because I haven't tried them. And probably won't considering how poorly the Engage ones do at their job.

be warned there is alot of Occlusion with the loop Engage(when your voice gets loud and boomy) but its definitely something you can get used too, i have both pairs theyre pretty great overall

@@LoopEarplugs I was torn between the mint and black, but got black. I may need the foam earpieces, though. The suction feeling inside my ears is unpleasant.

So difficult to change the nibs, or whatever they're called, on the quiet. Worth it though. I go to hockey games often and cannot handle how loud they are. I wish I could use them on walks but they block out too much sound for it to be safe. I would definitely use for social gatherings too, cause those are also too loud. Just depends on your sensitivity levels.

I just bought the earplug bundle, cus i sleep with a snoring bf, and i have to go to a wedding, football game and concerts, so i hope they all will come in handy. im very sensitive and all the background noise when im out can overwhelm me

I don't think I can use my engages at a restaurant when I'm eating. In my case, my inside noise is loud (chewing, gulping, breathing, ...) I can't hear anything besides myself haha (like I'll hear people talking but wouldn't know what they say). Although as an autistic person, this might turn one off but it actually calms me down 😅 especially with the Quiet I can't hear shit besides my breathing 💀 good for falling asleep for me

About the not hearing anything while eating, this is gonna be a problem whith whichever ear plugs I use. I can difficulty understand people without them as well.

wait how did you fit the ear tips in the engage so quickly? T_T i was fighting for my life trying to switch the tips out for a smaller size; it was easy to take them out, but a huge challenge to put a different ear tip in.

You have to turn the ear tip inside out. They’re easier to put in that way.

@@LoopEarplugs does the ear tip have to be pressed all the way down to the end of it or can there be a little gap? Also struggled a lot trying to change the size on mine and not sure if it not being pressed on all the way makes them not as effective.

The Quiets can be submerged, so don't hesitate to dunk them into some water. Remove the ear tips before to deep clean!

Hey there! The ones that come standard are medium sized ear tips! You can go 2 sizes smaller, and 2 sizes bigger with the ones in the box!

Thank you! I finally found the size marks for the ones in the box. Looks like I have, in the box, an extra small, a small and a large. No extra large but I don't think I'd need extra large anyway. The mediums work nicely - with them I sleep much better than I slept pre-Loops, in a noisy apartment. I may try the large to see if I can get a tiny bit more of a seal. In any case, I'm so grateful for Loops. @@LoopEarplugs

Oh did you happen to get the Loop Engage Kids then? That would explain the Extra small, since they come with those by default to accomodate the smaller ear canals! 😄

Thanks for your message. My box simply says loop quiet - nothing about kids as far as I can see. Right now the medium size ones are definitely helping. I want to try the large ones just in case they fit a bit more snugly and hence block out more sound. As I mentioned, I didn't get extra large ones in the box but I'm thinking extra large might well be too big for me anyway. I do love my loops. My sleep is greatly improved. @@LoopEarplugs

The earplugs themselves should last you pretty long! However, the ear tips can wear down after 3-6 months if you're using them daily.

Yes, but you might be speaking more softly than usual without realizing. That's what happened to me recently. But I was able to hear the person I was talking with without being as bothered by the music playing.
