That cactus is actually called a bunny ears cactus! I have a real one ❤ Also, use less gravel in the fish and try to 'cook' the resin in 3 or 4 layers to avoid bubbles 🫧 Theyre so cute. I only got the beta so far!

I believe the “*” indicates how much resin to put into the aquarium but that’s just my guess. ❤ Exactly the way you did it, except with less rocks. You’re too cute.

i wonder if, for your goldfish double, you could try sticking down the plant and fish stands to the empty bowl with resin, setting it, and then adding a very thin layer of the rocks before adding the two layers of 'water' resin. with the way they're sized, it seems like they're made to be touching the bottom, but the instructions tend to oversimplify steps and make it harder to get the result they've shown on the guide (see also the complications with the pie fillings in the food series). since you already have that one, it might be a good experiment to try!

The asterisk next to the number 3 means to fill up to the first line for steps 1,2 and 3 and the asterick next to the number 5 means to do steps 4 and 5 up to the next line. 3*=up to step 3. 5*=steps 4 and 5.
