R.I.P To my Original DVD Collection that housed many of the classics and the greats! To the people who sold it - I hope you are enjoying them. Re-building was a hard feet and this is all I have to show for it! As the downloading - then streaming world came about, my DvD collecting died.
This was fun!

I will have United 93 in my hand soon enough, I love the movie so freaking much even though it’s tragic. I think you should definitely watch it if you’re strong enough

@@holddownaI own “Before Sunrise” and “The Notebook”. What so many guys fail to grasp is that for many women, not all, but many women find romance to be a huge turn-on. NGL I thought I was going to dislike “The Notebook” and that it would be a sappy, contrived, soapy melodrama. Then one Sunday I was bored and trying to find something to watch on TV and it was on one of the cable channels. Immediately I was captivated by Rachel McAdams, but then got sucked in by the story. One of my favorites. My ex loves it, too. Another woman I dated once said if I was a movie character I would be Noah.

I used to have a pretty big DVD collection but I smoked up a lot of it. The pawn shop used to buy DVD's for a buck, so every now and then we'd gather up 25 and get a sack. Then as streaming came in, might as well sell 'em for a sack. Now you can't even get a dollar for a used blu-ray.

I have 800 blu rays. 200 dvds. Physical media forever. I get what you mean about it making you feel whole owning them. While streaming services are good yeah. Nothing beats popping open the case and putting the disc in the player. It is forever yours. Streaming service films will never be yours.

Ames, you could open up a video store/ movie chain with all of these movies. ☺️ I’m sorry about your VHS tapes. You had mentioned in a live chat that I looked a lot like your ex which I don’t know if that’s good or bad. LOL 🤪 But I can honestly say that I would have never stolen anything from my ex. I found out after we broke up that my ex-girlfriend did a drawing of me which was supposed to be a surprise and, sadly, I never got to see it. 😞 You’ve gotta great movie collection there. Impressive. Most impressive.

I don't care for some of your movies, like Saw or Step Brothers, but there's many that I appreciate as a film buff- All Dogs Go To Heaven, The Incredibles, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Last Crusade, The Aviator, The Departed, Rain Man, Office Space, Borat, Monster, etc. :)

Nice collection you got there Ames despite your original collection being taken from ya lol. I have myself have a lot of movies a good amount of DVD's as well as Blu-rays, but I have way more Blu-rays in comparison (Talking 100's). I Plan to add more this coming Black Friday after Thanksgiving. Btw, Happy Thanksgiving.

Well, I'm sure you're familiar with Sylvester Stallone and "Rambo". I HIGHLY recommend you react to "First Blood", from 1982. It's the first and BEST of the Rambo movies. It will blow your mind! The sequels (from '85 and '88) NOT SO MUCH. The only other fairly decent one is simply titled, "Rambo". That one is from 2007 or 2008. FIRST BLOOD - 💯👍🏾
