I got mine last week aghhhh love her, and she is my only 17" of Snow White lovely lovely plus she is my mom's favorite princess its a win win

I got a similar hole in the back of my Delilah Fields doll. You can get something called Fray Check to apply sparingly to the hole and prevent further fraying or tearing.

In the spanish site she is already gone. Luckily i could get mine. But i bought her just a few minutes after her release.
