Pl let me know how to communicate my agony to seller, as, they don't seem to have any interest neither do they respond to my msg and continued calls. If you can help me by communicating them from your end, that might affect the issue positively. My purpose to write here is to make fellow countrymen aware of wrongdoings of some sellers and to refrain them from initiating any business dealings with such persons in order to save their hard earned money. I am not the only one it seems there are other affected persons like me as is clear from the comments here below.

Meri baat Abhishek se nahi hue hai. Unke nursery ke ek person se meri baat hoti hai. Unhono kahan tha Monday to Wednesday Plant dispatch hota hai. Maine aapko Instagram pe apna Dene ko kahan tha so that mai nursery Wale se status pata kar sakun. But avi Tak aapne apna number nahi Diya hai. Please Instagram pe number dijiye agar aapko status jaana hai.

I also ordered plants worth around 800 with Shanti Kunj nursery, initially they picked up my calls and upon their recommendations selected some plants. It was assured that next day they would despatch the box, but soon after making relevant payment, they stoppped responding to my repeated calls. Should it be the kind of service, one should be proud of.

Sometimes they don't receive calls. They mostly dispatch on Monday. 2-3 mobile numbers are available and u can contact anyone of them.

But why... when doing online business, one must atleast respond to the series of calls if not rendering desired services to its own clients, otherwise, you slowly loose your business. Image or reputation of any business is most crucial aspect of its survival. In our country, most business persons don't pay any attention to such aspects. Whatever they commit, it must be followed come what may. If Abhishek told me next day items will be dispatched, it has to be done without fail. Or atleast they must be courteous enough to communicate the reasons for delay.

Mujhe KZfaq se WhatsApp number Mila tha phir Maine seller se catalogue manga toh unhono catalogue send Kiya. Catalogue se mujhe Jo pasand aaya Maine plants order kar liya tha. 1000-1200 rs ka mera order tha. Shipping extra laga tha. But plant purchase karne ke baad koi bhi seller koi response nahi dete. So please accordingly order karen aur pehle kuch hi plant le agar pasand aaye toh hi next time jyada purchase karen. Thank you 😊👍

Succulent ko kabhi bhi directly dhup ya paani me nahi rakh sakte hai. Aise jagah pe rakhana chhaiye jahan paani plants ko naa lage kyuki bahut jyada garmi aur bahut jyada paani se succulent marte hai. Maine jo avi Succulent aur cactus purchase Kiya hai wo sab thik hai. Maine shade me rakha hai jahan sirf bright light unko milti hai.barish ka paani nahi lagta. Aap bhi purchase kar sakte ho par paani 15-20 days me ek baar hi dena hoga sath hi barish ke paani aur direct sunlight se bacha ke rakhna hoga.🙏

Sabhi to nahi but kuch succulent avi bhi hai. Last 1 yr se kuch hai. Actually meri daughter paani succulent ko bhi de deti hai bahut jayada bina mujhse puche isliye kuch mar gaye hai. Succulent sirf direct harsh sunlight aur jyada watering se hi marte hai

How u can say that this is a paid promotion. In my channel not even a single video is promotional. Maine aaj tak kisi se payment ni liya hai uske promotion ke liye. Jo promote kar rahe unko to aaplog bologe nahi aur jo apna personal experience paisa laga ke share kar raha hai ussi ko bolo. Plant nahi lena to mat lo but false allegation kyu lagana kisi pe. So please think before saying anything 🙏

Plant sabhi bahut ache se condition me aaye the but seller koi response nahi deti hai ek baar plants kharid lene ke baad. Aur agar aapke area me bahut jayda garmi aur humidity hai to succulent naa hi purchase karen. Seller se discuss karne ke baad hi kuch purchase karen. Mujhe bahut saare msgs aa rahe hai toh mai jald hi ek video lagungi hardy succulent and cactus ke varieties ki.

Mai odisha se hun. Mumbai ka mujhe pata nahi but 3-4 plants pehle purchase kar ke aap dekh lo agar survive kiye to hi combo me lena. Maine shade me rakha hai balcony aur terrace dono me shade aur green net se cover kar ke. Aapko dekhna padega ki kaisa potting soil aur Location sahi hoga. Succulent thode costly aur tricky hai grow karna but ek baar agar aapko knowledge ho jayegi to phir aage kabhi pareshani nahi hogi.
