I’m waiting on my custom and I’m so excited. I’m of a younger demographic so I really love the packaging, website design and selection. It may be limited, but I personally prefer that than having to skim through hundreds of designs that don’t appeal to me.

Yay Mrs. C! I'm so glad you decided to check this company out. I had mentioned them to you a while ago, and you said something about them being too expensive. Yes, they are rather pricey, but as you can see, it is worth it. I have completed a custom, a mystery painting, and am currently working on their painting called Revelation. I am in love with this company, and when my no-buy is over, I will be ordering from them again. Their drills are nearly perfect, the wax lasts longer in my pen than any other I have used, the bonus pen is beautiful, and I am overall extremely happy with their attention to detail. I know you will enjoy working on your painting. Thank you for getting the word out there on YoyTube land. I know you have a big impact on us viewers, and I hope lots of people will take your advice and try them out. Merry Christmas and happy crafting to everyone.

I ordered a custom from them a couple of months ago of my 2 toy poodles (they are 10 and 15). The company kept in contact with me and i was really surprised by how fast I got it (3 weeks). Like you mentioned, the quality of the canvas and the drills are great, loved the pen and the macaroon wax holder. A few of the symbols are hard to see like yours, but nothing my light pad won't help. I haven't worked it up yet because I am in HAED heaven with a cross stitch right now, but I'm dying to see if my little black dog looks like a black dog and not a black blob before I order more customs from them.

I just ordered that one in a bigger size plus a rainbow initial one. I also am getting a mystery kit which wasn’t taken away when the 10% code was added. I’ve been wanting to try them for a while but was hesitant since they don’t have a lot in my taste.

That moon design is awesome. I feel its such a remarkable concept (gifts from the moon) so I definitely will be Tineye searching this design. Took a look at their website this morning and see more than a few other designs that I like. Also noticed a few of them that I recognize, as they are common design that has been put into a cross stitch or Diamond painting pattern. I'm happy that you encourage such conversations on your channel. I am definitely looking through the comments here just to see any information from other people who have bought from paint gem.

In Montreal, Quebec Canada Postage has 53 trucks full of packages and letters not delivered and waiting to be take care! So, me, when I ordered it takes 3 months to received a parcel. Not like in Florida.

The diamond snob in me is excited lol the only thing I didn’t like is just personal preference I like symbols more than letters but definitely not something I would hold against a company. Thanks for showing us what to expect 😁

The only thing I can complain about this company is the shipping time! But other than that their customer service is awesome, and I'm pretty sure they own the images and art they sell! There's a section on their website that sorts the pieces by artist, and usually if they mention the artist it's not because they stole it

This company has many good things but is so pricey... thanks god their designs doesn't like me as much as got one of them... but i have learn, "Never say never", maybe when i finish my no buy season i buy a custom from them, or maybe not =)... my months of no buy will be good in order to get time to hear opinions about their kits when are done. Thanks for always show us different options of stores... Wish a merry Christmas to you and your family!!! =)

Im soooo late. I love their packaging: Container Macaroon Xtra gift, xtra applicator i just HATE their pictures. But i bought a small pineapple anyway. I have something it will match. I gotta do better and stop buying (although ive been using them to help with my sadness as an outlet. Now i gotta invest in canvases to mount them for my walls. Its hard to find pics that i actually like. Im still trying to find a pic of a black man. They finally do females but not a pic of a "fine grown man" by himself
