You’re supposed to show us how you connected it to Wi-Fi. You skipped that part.

Use a kneenx to hold the spoon then turn the tip counter clockwise until it comes unscrewed. Then you'll see the threads to use to replace it after cleaning it just screw it on clockwise but make sure you turn it until it stops or it will drop off in your ear...

The extra spoons are different sizes for the ear canal .

Ty for the video, unfortunately I bought the b-bird c3 looks exactly like your example however I cannot seem to pair it. I’ve tried 3 different phones and still nothing worked for me.

I am REALLY surprised that the image on your C3 is so clear! The fact that you are able to demo it live shows that it is authentic. I for one got the x17 but the resolution and clarity were nowhere close to yours, so I just ask for a 50% refund. It is "useable" but it was way below my expectation. Though I am glad that yours seem to be fine. I want to believe that I was only getting a defect because I do believe the company is not one of those knock off products that other manufacturers are trying to sell on Amazon.

Literally minutes after I commented, I was able to pair up the item and use it. I needed to add it and then pair it via Bluetooth

Mine doesn't connect to my phone either WTF what is wrong with these people that huge wide end has to go somewhere and it's supposed to go into your phone there are no phones that have something that big at the end or the plug in the phone to plug it into

Thanks for the video. I used a Fire tablet, downloaded the app from the Play Store for my C3. It connected to the WiFi and worked well. Removing the spoon is different from what you show. Now to remove it you have to unscrew a metal collar instead of bending the spoon off as shown in the updated instructions.

I have the X17Pro and M9Pro. Both images are not clear, nor sharp & nor do they have good contrast. And both LED (lights) models CAN NOT be adjusted. Anyone has problems like what I am having? Be silly to give these as a Christmas gifts.

Thanks. I've been trying to find real use images. The Bebird seems to have a small depth of field that's in focus. For imaging, the simple cheap ones seems better but for earwax removal Bebird is much safer.
