I think you can get store credit for that paint flaw. Don’t know if I’d send something that huge back. That portion won’t be visible and I think you can reach out to get a color match and do a touch up yourself. Just my thoughts. Awesome piece.

Impressive Hulk statue. Has to be the best on the market. I want a classic TV Hulk bust with Bruce halfway between transformation with his green and white contacts eyes.

Big Congrats, massive as it should be to represent the Hulk. I'm waiting on the Premier Version myself. Unless I could see the paint defect, I wouldn't send it back. There's always the risk of damage or a huge wait to receive the new piece.

Yes contact seller for some credit if you plan on buying another piece, shipping it back for that is not worth the hassle. But definitely don't just accept blemishes on such expensive pieces.

Regarding the paint flaw you should complaint get credit and try to touch up the paint back there yourself, as long as it's close it's should be fine.

Man, with the price we pay for these statues now. I would expect them to arrive to me in mint condition. As much as that scuff mark would bug me, the thought of shipping it back, waiting for a replacement to arrive, and worrying about if that one will come in even worse condition scares me. It’s your call, but I may have to live with it.

Phenomenal statue, it is sad that it came in with some paint defects. But I honestly would talk to someone close about that. The good thing is, is that you can't see it but I get it. It's the fact that it came like that. But honestly my brother dope statue to your collection its huge. 🔥🔥

I would see if you could get a replacement torso possibly, just incase you might sell this piece in the future. Might be easier for you to sell in the future without any blemishes.

Si tiene arreglo y lo puedes hacer tu mismo, pero si se nota mucho y es bastante el trozo de pintura, yo lo devolveria, has pagado mucho dinero por la estatua para que te llegue en perfecto estado. En video igual no se ve tan bien como en persona. Yo desde luego, yo hablaria con tu vendedor y que te lo arregle de alguna manera. Yo estoy esperando tambien al mio. Cruzo los dedos para que me llegue bien, es la version premier de tres torsos, vendra con 4 cajas. Va aser una locura cuando me llegue. That sucks your paint rub off to those wax paper, you would think Jay would wait till the paint completely dry to put the statue in the box. That is no good for $2900 statue with shipping.

I find it interesting that Prime 1 Studio uses plastic bags around the Styrofoam instead of the straps like XM and Iron Studios. I wonder why?

Then my P1 Superman vs Doomsday it’s had these issues with paint. Hope whomever you bought it from addresses the issue. Congrats again

About the paint: If it wasn't on that paper, would you notice? They probably didn't let it dry enough. I'm impressed they got it in two parts like that. I'm guessing that means no switch outs.

Ese fallo, de XM studios, deberían de reflexionar y no enviar las estatuas tan deprisa y de esta manera, no querer hacerlo ràpido para que cobren. Son estatuas que valen mucho dinero. Si fuese yo, hablaría, con tu vendedor, y que me lo cambie. Ya se que has esperado mucho tiempo. Pero esta estatua, tu la vas a tener muchos años. Y acabaras obsesionado con ese zona de pintura que no esta bien hecho. Mi consejo. Desde luego, yo lo haria, vale mucho dinero y quieres tener a tu Hulk, que este en perfecto estado, como deberia de ser. Sobre los dos enemigos que no mencionas, uno de ellos, es Wendigo y el otro es Hombre absorvente. Me alegro mucho por tu estatua. But well at least you are one of the lucky ones who received your Hulk, every collector who ordered through XM are literally fucked! XM owes big time money to Legendary Beast, so they will not get their allocations and the collectors till they clear the debt.

I hoe the pain defect is not too visible, probably related to the warm weather during shipment. So sorry that it happened. I think getting store credit might be the best way to go about it. Great piece!

I agree that, especially considering the cost, they should exchange the paint defective torso or, pay for pick-up and return shipping, repaint and return to you.
