I'm Ashim and Welcome to my channel HO TRAIN UNIVERSE AND DIORAMAS.

First thing is...... Take minimum 6 months and read all the pdf available in internet about model railroading. Go through various track plans, scratch building methods, save a good amount of bucks as model railroading is the King of Hobby or Hobby of King. Plan for a preferred scale to start. I'll recommend for ho scale, as ho scale accessories are readily available throughout all e-hobby shops. Along with all these gather knowledge about electrical science and electronics. As to be a perfect model railroader, you need to be carpenter, painter, electrician, electronics expert, artist with imagination and creativity and obviously passionate about what you are doing. Nextly arrange a specious room or a perfect corner of room, where you can start your bench work. Before bench work sketch a diagram of you track work along with your bench work. Plan for the design of bench..... Whether you want a round table or rectangle or shelf layout like mine. Understand the wiring process. Gather knowledge about buss wiring and feeder wiring, breaking entire layout in multiple blocks with insulated rail joiners, to prevent short circuit. Go through my various tutorials regarding landscape making, river mountain making, tree making, weathering, back drop preparations and many more "how to" videos. Then finish your bench work. Measure the total track length you need. Curves you planned and turnouts you want. Order them. Order a single loco. For newbies, I always recommend the first loco should be western and from reputed maker like Hornby or Bachmann. As they are well made, sturdy and hassle free. Before buying a loco, think twice, whether you want to start with dcc ready or dcc on board. Buy a good western controller accordingly along with your loco with dcc ready or dcc on board. Start your dream journey. 👍

Why not? DCC decoders are same. My all locos running with Hornby DCC Select. And all decoders come with same address no. 3.

Bhai...... pichle 9 saal se mai thoda thoda kar k yeh model railroad bana raha hoon. Kabhi calculate nahi ki k kitna mera kharcha hua aab tak. Toh mere liye genuine budget bolna toh impossible hain 😀
