he is another incredible piece by home depot and svi, they’re really innovating the industry! I only wish he had more phrases even possible a constant motion mode where he is silent but moving

His head might be made out of a silicone rubber. I have not seen him in person, but based on what I can see in videos and how you are describing it, that might maybe be what it is?
