The statue was super expensive for me because it was converted to CDN$, plus tax and shipping to canada and I also got a customs charge of almost $300. So it was over $900 for me lol it sucked, but worth it. And yes I made it into a little shrine/display of all my Sylvanas stuff. Yeah, that's quite a bit more, shipping was free for me because they do ship from the UK to the mainland of the EU. @@LadySurvival How about the other figurines in your video (I mean the small ones you compare with), i've seen them passing by on eBay and also on Ali you can find these. However when I did contact Blizzard they say these are not official by Blizzard. (NOT OFFICIAL ~ means a lot) I did order one through Aliexpress, but the quality was that bad i give it away to my neighbour teenager. However I don't know if there is a difference in quality by those sold on eBay or those on Aliexpress. It's possible these ebay sellers just bought them in through sellers from Ali and do sell them for 5x up to 10x the price. (Same scenario happen with gamecollectables or cheap made in China parts that are switched with the original ones). What's the quality of your figurines and from where did you get them, are they from a legal company that make figurines ? Maybe I'm missing something on what's official or not, if it's not from Blizzard.. from who is it then ? I'm a collector of games, movies, enz.. so brands and what's official means a lot for me. The Statue of Sylvanas is a must have and worth to have it.. for others, from what I did order on Ali.. no good at all

I was ones thinking to build myself a crossbow,changed my mind because who need bow or crossbow when you got pistols,revolvers or rifles... I have the twine or whatever you call it,still can build 150 pound stretch version.. I used to make one before from some scraps but later threw it away,I almost completed it too but because it was one single shot and reload I dislike it very much.... I was think how to build magazine fed cross bow like from Half Life or Shadow Warrior version,again since I have hundreds of different projects like tooling,machinery,micro electronics,high voltage equipment plust firearms,locks,keys and other type of crap so crossbow can wait in line... Iam Craftsman and can build anything I want myself,if certain tools or machine parts expansive I make them myself and it would be same factory standards 1:1 scale,I was make over 16 different parts for my Atlas MFC milling machine which cost me 2500 bucks,it was worth more than just a bow,I bought it piece by piece rather whole complete unit since complete ones wasn't been available by that time... Some parts was required repair and fortunately for me I bought 3 of them for 30 bucks each,now they repaired and 1 already installed,2nd required final fitting and painting,third one ready to be installed but since machine required V belt and pulley installations plus properly timed and adjusted so table assembly would be last.. It was not easy task to make parts and fit them,it like when you make fancy dress but in order to finish it you need to put it to yourself couple times first... I say machine assembled about 78% so far,unfortunately I screw one thing with front spindle bearing but repair it,still spindle wobbles up and down and I didn't even installed motor yet and put load test,defect was spotted on the fly.. Iam automotive mechanic which makes me fix any vehicle neather that motorcycle,scooter,bus,car,truck,tank or any other land vehicle however I also specialize at aircraft,naval units and other less known tech... Other abilities blacksmithing,machining and welding which I have over 25 long years of experience gives me all open roads that others cannot reach them.. If I would knew you better I would probably make a bow for you myself,Iam good at those ancient tradition stuff,I made swords couple times when I was at age of 14,they was small but correctly made,now I only making knifes,I got few kitchen knifes that serves me well and sharp like razor.. I normally use them for meat slicing,they do their job great.. There is a secret how to make knifes and swords,I seen the show and it make me lought how peoples make them.. To build a knife or sword its an art,you must know what and how you doing,ones you cut wrong you cannot weld anything extra on top later,that is not how blacksmithing work.. the steel/iron blank must be cutted precisely and 1st is main tempering,2nd stress relieving must be done correctly,after that welding cannot be allowed or it would destroy metal tempering and turn hardened steel to softer steel which won't do anything... The best material for knife's is molly steel or 4140/4150,chrome molly alloy 4140/4150/4357 (full mil spec) is gun barrel steel for firearms... I know all about steel and alloys,every metals and their physical properties and that called metallurgy which is main preface before becoming master blacksmith... I treat any scrap metal with respect and value,I turn it into art later.. I been trained from young age to make my own tools,household equipment like hangers,holders,hooks/etc.. From age of 12 I was make my own hammer heads and handles,screwdrivers,wrenches and tap holders,now I can build tools with my eyes closed,it becomes like an ritual,if I not occupied with something I feel board.. I do crafting every day,normally at lunch hour of my work and everyone always watch me with jealousy,what and how I can perform and if you ask my coworkers they tell you I can even build space ship if I have to.. I used few times to build rockets,first ones is simple solid state and they wasn't been going that far because wrong chemicals was used,however my second rocket was stage between success and failure at the end,it didn't went further than 115 meters above than exploded,later I was have to deal with cops at Poland by that time where I was living.. Rocket was made by first tank of kerosene and another tank of oxidizer some chlorinated stuff but very corrosive... If I would find hydrazine by that time my rocket would fly most likely further than that,hydrozine is rocket fuel and very combustible and flammable,it took me and 5 more friends of mine to succeed launch,it took about 250 volt to build launch generator,it wasn't been easy task.. Now I know I can build them for sure,by making certain components and simplify and advance fuel injection plus making much better pumps things can work better but that would requires enormous facility and machining factory to accomplish such task... The modern space technology and exploration outdated and dying,the light speed engine not been invented yet,everyone would ask why?? Answer is very simple,no understandings about fusion,containments,sub atomic principals and theories on top of all no proper materials been unveiled yet.. In theory is possible to build such technology which option A thermonuclear reactor principals with antimatter reactor which allow to fall into singularity,option B Dark Energy with negatively charged neutron injection,C Ion acceleration with negatively charged proton or photon particles... The D option would required resources that hard to imagine,it called teleportation which means the object aren't moving at all but everything moving itself instead,such technology is hard to imagine what resources it would use... Nothing is impossible in this universe,it is only manageable and possible through certain meanings... Scientology is a main road to all doors and boundaries plus beyond..

@@Cabal2600 yea $2000 isnt bad for full armor and a bow. Not to mention the weeks of work the cosplay crafter had to put into it. The costume is fully custom for my size, it has leather, led lights, and like I said its ALL of Sylvanas's armor. Shoulders, chest, arms, legs, panty armor, corset, boot pieces, neck piece, bow, quiver...etc so it's a lot of armor lol. My fiance* was completely supportive of it ! And I also got help from my followers. I asked for donations to help pay for it and got over $800 of support

J DE I didn't have any problems with getting her into the base, must be random, that sucks :( . And no it was close to 800 for me because I live in Canada so the exchange rate bumped it up to about 450, then shipping was about 80, and then I was also charged duties/taxes of 169.44 so it all came to about 730, which in my mind is basically 800 xD

LadySurvival so sad to hear that it had that much of a markup. I feel the same way about Marvel statues done by XM-Studios as they have to ship from Singapore which can cost $200-$300+ to ship to the states which you can image could be a deal-breaker as their statues are so expensive to begin with. Anyway Thx for getting back to me. I did watch a couple more videos after yours and saw the statue make it into the base without any problems so Calvin had a flaw in his. Anyway the statue looks amazing and I plan to get one. I found out that Blizzard makes them with very high runs which allows people to acquire them without having to deal with second hand markets. I but statues base don how they look and not the production runs. Anyway again thx and enjoy your statue.

MannorothMovies because it was 350 USD. Once it converted to canadian and the shipping it came to $563 then when it got here I owed $169.44 in duties/taxes. So it was $732 all together xD sucks but worth it

My son got me into WOW when he was 14, now he's 27 and still plays. He has a few WOW tat's too and beach dude types. He favors the horde. My favorite toon is my pally Coolrock with 315,000 honor kills. Yes lots of PVP :-)
