The rifle is supposedly a QBZ-191 Chinese standard issue rifle. It's very similar to the early model QBZ-03.

Sully, serious question here. You mentioned you once painted a uniform black. How did that go? Did you mini-spray it? Paint it with a brush? What was the end result? Did it end up with a weird consistency? More details please!

I paint everything with spray paint. 🎨 ain’t got time to airbrush. 🤙. Crispy consistency, weathered look. Once you play around with it (bunch it up, little sand paper) looks pretty good.
