Y'all have always had my back but some of you are quick to forget where I came from. I was working as a fast food cashier when I was 15 years old for 4 years and going to community college so I could try to make it as a professional gamer. That was 10 years ago. With the help of some incredible friends, we created 100 Thieves and continued to try and innovate in the gaming community. We made so much progress that GUCCI reached out to create a product together. A brand that has been around for over 100 years and one of the most recognizable names in fashion throughout the world. If you were in my shoes making the same decisions, you would understand how big of an opportunity this was and how important it is for the culture of gaming and 100 Thieves more broadly. This was honestly a dream come true and by far the coolest project I've ever been a part of. I know some of you are disappointed by the price, but I would urge you to think bigger picture. We have had plenty of product in our 4 year history that has been affordable and available for all levels of income and we will continue to create opportunities that are all inclusive. But for this situation, you need to understand that I've poured blood, sweat and tears into this company we've been building and I was never going to pass on this opportunity.

It’s just great to see Nade make it from where he was, to now collaborating with Gucci. Coming from that IN/IL area, all people here want to do is make it on their own and nobody quits till they make it 10x further ahead than what they wanted to. If anything this shows me that I can make it like Nade, currently going to a CC while working 40+ hr weeks to pay for college and setting myself up for the future.
