Its nice to see out of the box gameplay on the integrated emulators and the original OS. So many reviews are done after the uploader installs Emulation Station or a different OS and uses all kinds of custom settings. So its nice to see the playability right out of the box

Seem to remember that i commented on another Rg556 video so forgive me if this is a repeat but man the Amoled Screen looks amazing. I was on the fence comparing the Retroid Pocket 4 Pro and the Rg556 but the more videos i watch on the 556 the more i am being won over to team 556, lol

No worries! The screen is legit. It is seriously the most striking feature on the device. The RP4 Pro screen is nice, but this would blow it away in a side by side comparison. There’s really no competition. And bro! You’re my first channel member! Thanks for breaking the ice! 🧊 ⛏️😃🥳

u have ur color set to blue to tone it correctly use the back lite form the analog stick to be ur guide and make them as white as you can and ur screen will also stop being blue and more white color corrected

I heard some people saying the WiFi is not good, I saw this after ordering and I plan to remote play my other consoles and also play on the Xbox cloud. If you tested cloud gaming could you tell me how it is? Thanks

Can you play retro games like nintendo or ps with 2 devices in multiplayer? Like Super Mario Kart or Street Fighter II for example

Yes. You can connect Bluetooth controllers and play up to four players. 👍

I would only pay extra for the 256g because it comes preinstalled with games. The Retroid pocket or any of the other higher end devices that emulates ps2 and up doesn’t offer that. Is there a way to download ROMS using the handheld? If it has WiFi I should be able to insert my own sd card and download them directly using the device and not a computer

Well, it runs on Android. So, yes, you could use the browser and file system to bypass the need for a computer if you wanted to do it that way. Thanks for watching!

Probably some really great games, mixed with some really bad ones. Plus a lot of duplicates in various languages and ROM hacks.

@@BoKnowsGaming I wonder because they say it is loaded with the Daijisho front-end and all unwanted files have been removed and all artwork and themes have been updated. I'm not sure what unwanted files they are talking about. They also say they have upgraded the stock memory card to a hi-speed Lexar one.

If you're talking about the Anbernic RG556 specifically, yes, I'd get the Anbernic. I think it offers more versatility, storage, and battery life. But to be honest, I haven't looked at modded ps vitas too closely.

The Dreamcast port of MvC 2 should definitely run. The PS2 port probably does do. DBZ should be fine too. Though I don’t know if the Wii or PS2 version is better. You can always try both.

Anyone know how much more powerful the T820 is compared to the T618 and the Helio G99???

The T820 is a HUGE step up from the T618. I'd say you're going to get anywhere from 2 to 4 times better performamce depending on the game and emulator. The gap between the T820 and the G99 is less though. More like 1.5 to 2.5 times better performance. Regardless, the T820 is a noticeable improvement.
