Mine keeps turning off while I'm playing a game n the controller will still have low battery

It has a decent charge speed I like to charge my controller first and then connect the charger to play longer

@@tzjl yeah so charge up both your controller and device and you can get at least 15 20 hours of gameplay with the portable charger connected

I got one a week ago from Amazon. Doesn't fully charge my controller, only halway. I'm afraid this could ruin my internal battery. Gonna return it.
