I’m very happy I have a trackmaster 2 redesigned Gordon too I like it more than the plarail one but I will make him custom express coaches for him I love it❤😊

Great review! Glad to see Gordon's redesign! Hope they all don't turn out unable to pull cars, Really Fisher Price? Unpainted buffers, tiny cars, and the ability to pull 2 cars up a hill is sooooooo very realistic isn't it?

The original Tomy Road & Rail/Trackmaster Gordon was certainly loco driven, with the battery in the tender! This was the same layout as Henry, James and Edward. Tender driven loco's were Murdock, Molly, Hank & Emily. Cheers. Dan

They do not come up often, but they do come up. Also, Plarail still sells some engines with actual express coaches in them. Check Amazon.

No! That's why I put the coaches on the end! Maybe they will make new Express coaches. I really dislike the connectors on the new trains, it's too easy for the trucks to come loose, even on the smaller cars! Thanks!

Gordon used to be a good engine back in the day he used to be the fastest and engine on Sodor and now he must be scrapped and replaced with the new engines such as Connor and Caitlin they are much faster then Gordon and they are more friendly then he is and they would go a lot faster of pulling the express
