How do I get this cap on the hoop when it looks like it won't fit? (Make sure to tighten the screw once you have adjusted the width for the cap hoop)
How to put the Ricoma stand together.
Why did these two little rectangle plates fall off the frame when I tried to move the width of the frame and how do I get them back on?
Do I need to put these little plastic things under smaller spools of thread?
How are the spools of thread numbered?
Why can't I get my hoops on the frame? It seems too tight.

I loved your video and was happy to know that I'm not the only one who going crazy. I have thread is stuck behind the bobbin case. I can not loosen that screw. I eve have the tool that fits and it's a rachet type. The screws won't budge. I'm afraid that if I keep trying, I'm going to strip to top of the screw. Grrr 😠 I will not sign up for the classes until I get some issues sorted out.

I cannot get the scree off to clean underneath. Turning left or right isn’t moving this darn screw!

I DID IT, ON THE BRACKET (facing the machine it would be on the left, I turned the screw too much and it fell apart. could you send me a photo of what it looks like on bottom of bracket so I can put it back together. Your right it is a frightfull thing but I will need that photo to see how the 2 small pieces fit into the bracket...thanks

I lived in Ohio when I ordered mine. There is the option of in person training if you want to go to LA or Miami!

I seriously need your help. I can't get my tension corrected. I'm not being able to do anything with it, and I'm having to pay $500.00 a month for mine, and I've got possible customers waiting for me to get started.

Were you able to get it straightened out? You might want to buy a tension tester to make it easier for you!

@@mistylaneembroidery399 I did end up buying a tension tester. But, Now I am trying to figure out how to use it. I also need to find out what the tension is suppose to be set at for flats, and for caps.
