Thank you for sharing these kits. I have never heard any of these brands before (Janylynn was the one and only kit I owned), but when I saw the Letistitch of Regency Street, that scene holds a special memory for me as I was there with my daughter pre-pandemic and the scene took my breath away while we were there around Thanksgiving in 2019. Both of us were in London for the first time and it was so special. I ordered the kit for this - thanks again!

No unboxing is complete without some awesome crinkling! I love it, so soothing, haha. These are wonderful kits. I'm stitching a Luca-S full coverage right now ( Peonies by the Window ) and it is full crosses only which I prefer. I love how they kit up the threads and they do give the Anchor color numbers which is great, just in case...! Happy stitching!

I completely agree! These kits are packaged nicely. I love the crinkling sound too but I know some people can’t stand it haha. Enjoy stitching your project, it is beautiful!

Hi Bernadette. Well, I just watched this video and you are an excellent enabler. I had to pause your video to get the Guardian of the Sea kit. It’s gorgeous and I appreciated you unboxing and showing all that was included. You sold me! Now to find a time to start it as soon as it’s delivered! 😂

I absolutely love Merejka kits and looking at those LetiStitch kits, I may have to order some too! YarnStories store is awesome! I bought a lot of my fabric and the Merejka kits that I have from there.

I love all your kits! I just bought a Luca-s kit of the Mona Lisa but I haven’t opened it yet so I was happy to see you open one & show everything. You will need to live to at least 200 to get all your kits stitched 🤣

Love all the new kits! I also bought Luca-s Guardian of the Sea and since i also didnt want to spend so much on a Dimension kit. It was shipped from Moldova over a month ago and I am still waiting on it. I hope I will get my kit soon...not that I dont have enough to stitch right now. Hehe

Lovely kits I especially like the London ones … I live in Yorkshire and we try to get to London about 3 times a year, our hotel room looks directly at Big Ben we stay Park Plaza Westminster so definitely recommend that 🥰 we treated ourselves this year with a 2 night stay at the Shard which was amazing 🤩

Thank you for showing and explaining the Merejka kit. I haven’t stitched one yet. But one thing I don’t like about Dimensions is the cross stitch and back stitch is on the same page.

Completely agree! I use a lighter shaded highlighter like yellow for those that have backstitch so I could still see the lines. Having two sets of charts was a game changer. I hope you try a Merejka kit in the future, they are worth it :D

Hi! I have been using them the last few weeks and I like them a lot more than the wooden hoops. I think qsnaps are still my favorite but nurge comes a close second

No not all Luca-S are pre gridded it just depends on the design

Bern, Do you use any apps with the Merejka kits? If so, how do get them to PDF format? I just picked up two after seeing one of your other vids. Excited to start!

I usually stitch with the paper because the charts are very clear. You can scan them though and turn them into PDF

Hi. Could you please tell me how many inches to leave for a border regarding Merejka kits? I purchased 3 kits and no where is it listed how many inches for a border. I really need to know because I would hate to complete the project and wind up with not enough fabric to frame it. Thanks. 🦋

Hi! I usually start in the middle so I never count. But you should have enough fabric at minimum for a 2 inch border. You can also message them on Instagram to be 100% sure

Thanks for replying. However, I still don't know how much border to leave since I always start at the top left corner. I measured what the finish design is and there isn't enough fabric left for a 2 inch border. Also, there are no instruction whatsoever, especially regarding how to wash the finish project (water temperature, & etc.) So, this is a MAJOR, MAJOR FLAW with Merejka kits. Not worth the money I spent!
