I only have the normal black version and its still awesome, as a gamer I must say: the 2 internal fans are absolutely the most overlooked feature, it actually makes hours long gaming sessions possible without freezes or framerate drops which are typical for even the most high end phones

I've been noticing that today's phones have so much graphics capability that even mid-range phones can deliver gaming at the level of Playstation 3 or 4. It's crazy.

I'd love to try play codm on this phone, this is just beautiful and I love that they put so much into cooling cause that's been a big problem with regard to mobile gaming

One great thing about gaming PCs and gaming phones, and I'm speaking from experience, is that the amount of hardware provided makes these devices perfect for creating and mixing music. I'll go with an advanced gaming PC over any Mac. Mac's froze on me and even stuttered while gaming PCs never did any of that.

I fail to grasp why main-stream companies "cannot" include the headphone jack port when phones such as these have no issue. With that added feature, plus fast CPU, high storage, fast charging with big batteries I just do not get the appeal of iPhone and other top brands

Red Magic is a huge liability as it's not water resistant - if you need to repair it because of that, you'll have to pay more than its original cost (!). They don't have physical stores or local support which means any repair will be done abroad (with shipping costs being charged to you), and any peripherals you want to buy will also come with a shipment surplus, so it's just a money sucking machine. Just to give you an idea, my RM 6 pro (top specs) lightly touched some water which got into the charging port (so it's not like it was submerged) and because that's not covered by the warranty I had to send it abroad for repair. They said all data in there is lost (an sd card slot would have been useful here) and they are asking for roughly 120% its original price to repair it. Obviously I'm not paying that to repair a phone that is no longer their latest generation. I'd be paying more than double for a soon-to-be obsolete device with not even any emotional attachment since all data is gone. Gaming phones are a huge risk because they're not water resistant, but Red Magic really takes the cake. Any suggestions on a high-end cool smartphone I can use for gaming that's water resistant and has good customer support?

same as always, they should try if they can emulate a nintendo switch on that phone and run it smoothly. or atleast a 3ds emulator on that "GAMING" phone

I have the Red Magic 3s and the only issues I have with it are the fingerprint scanner, the paint on the back chips do horrifically (I have a case its just dust getting behind it), the lack of system updates and customer support is dogshit. Other than that, price to performance is great.

No selfie camera lens and that's a thing here but hey... who need selfie camera for a dedicated gaming phone...? What you need here is full screen to play your game without black spot on the corner distracting you.
