around 3:15 i don't understand the comparaison you have a go pro on a stick (stablized by your arm and body) and gopro has one of the best stabilization on earth what's with the shaky footage? This is very odd. Never seen hero 12 shaky like that..

I agree... I have the 12 and there's no way they turned on the hypersmooth... it looks like shaky footage from a Hero 5 to be honest.

@@LazyRASHO It's lowlight stabilization, GoPro really suffers there, you can watch other comparisons and all lead to the same conclusion. While in daylight GoPro still has amazing stabilization, in lowlight the excessive shutter speed time to counter the small pixel size makes it have a lot of motion blur and not being able to keep the same horizon leveling

So apparently after some light research, go pro uterly suck a low light video stablization, i never knew that, it's crazy they have been makeing these for 10 years and still can not use Gyro data for stabilization why on earth would you only or mostly rely on pixels for that. any who, Like Alex said below, (with other terms) gopro have a major flaw. This insta360 seems way more fun and practical in all terms anyway.

This channel was much better back in the day in the old studio when Lew actually used to do proper unboxing and for items then the average Jo could actually afford Now it’s become more of a tech review channel focusing mainly on expense computer, phones or crap from Temu (the usually stuff he is paid to advertise) rather than the kinda weird tech he went out to find

No, I meant issues with overheating and such. Phones used to have 10 minutes recording limit for 4K videos to prevent overheating a few years ago

1/1.3 inch sensor is not that big. Lots of phones are going for 1inch and here a device which has the one and only job and that is video recording(taking pictures as well) has 1/1.3inch.

I LOVE that arm that lew had the Insta mounted to during the demo. Was that one of the official accessories? If not, what is it called? Also, did he say that the GoPro was the latest model? The quality looked so terrible compared to the Insta, especially in low light.

Very nice! I’m especially impressed with its ability to resume recording as well as the inclusion of AI and the quality and stabilisation during low light conditions. The built in flip up screen is an added bonus 👌🏾

They are in Canada, where AVP hasn't launched yet. Before you say it, yes, Linus got one but he had to use workarounds to bypass the restriction. Who knows, maybe he got one while he was in the States with Waymo or maybe he's waiting for the local launch or maybe they felt covering the fake was good enough or they decided going in late wasn't worth the cost and production time. We'll just have to see.
