UNC Air Jordan 9 restoration by Vick Almighty!!

This shoe was released back in 2010 and is rumored to return in 2019 during All Star weekend. Will this shoe be on your radar to cop? Let us know in the comment section below. On this restoration, Vick Almighty begins cleaning the shoe with our 3-Brush Laundry System.He then moves onto un-yellowing the outsole using salon care 40 and his indoor setup.Moving onto the midsoles, Vick removes the old paint and gives it a nice new few coats matching the original color perfectly. He moves onto sanding down the toe cap and gives the uppers a nice new white coat that makes this shoe really look new. This restoration was beautifully done and awesome outcome, I say you should restore a pair of 1999 fire red 5s cause I know the majority of them are cracking on the netting and that would be an awesome fix especially to learn. Great work and keep it up.

When I put my shoes in the washer can i put any type of Detergent or do I have to use a certain one?

Shoe laundry detergent is just like any other. I'd stay away from anything with dye in it (blue tide etc.) Because while not likely, it could stain white shoes. But besides that, any detergent should work. It's all just soap.

Aye vick can you do some white air force 1 highs?... I have a pair of john geiger misplaced checks which were amazing when purchased but the yellowing and bleeding from the colorful check in some places led to them just sitting in closet. Im torn on keeping them or tossing them

Hey Vic I saw you said not to use dads spray on uppers but a few months ago I tried restoring sum Motorsport 4s and I rubbed with acetone and cotton pads for about two hours and it barely came off...any advice? Thanks
