As a Raider fan, I’ve always said in the later years, the Raiders will NEVER be successful until Al Davis is no longer in control. Obviously the Raiders haven’t won playoff games or SB’s, but they went from a perennial 2-14 team to a (damn near) consistent wild card team/borderline playoff team (success takes time when you draft a Jamarcus Russell). The Dallas Cowboys will NEVER be successful until Jerry Jones moves on.

Here is an ideal if Dak doesn't want Jerry to say something bad about him, then Dak should play better in the playoffs. Even if they lose, at least Dak should play better in the big games. After being the cowboys QB for 8 years, Dak has proven two things, he is a 20yd to 20yd line QB who has NO arm strength when he is rolling out in either direction. He jumps off the ground when he throws on the run and it kills his arm strength. Second, his 55% red zone scoring stat put him in the bottom 3 in the league. You don't win championships with a 55% red zone average.
