Everyone in the franchise deserves blame. Dallas never goes out and gets legit big names, no one talks about how McClay, the Jones’s and coaches whiff on at least 1 of their top 100 picks. This past draft they had zero guys become starters. ZERO! They sign good players to great player contracts, the coaches are very questionable with their play calling at times. Then the players. They run it back with generally the same dudes every season and they choke in the playoffs. At some point you have to blame these players. Where was Dak? Ceedee? Parsons? Bland? Tank? The whole lot.
