I heard it was a suburban. I was teaching school 3 miles from the accident. It was icy. Only one man was wearing a seatbelt. I heard Thomas was ejected and the car rolled over him. The man wearing the seatbelt was an older man, a business associate. Thomas was part owner of a roofing company. The business partner was released from the hospital unharmed.

Him getting an attorney does not mean he’s guilty. Anytime you go in for questioning you should always have an attorney with you. Ocho isn’t getting an attorney because he isn’t getting questioned by police. That logic is flawed Unc. Simply based on Rice’s profile I’m immediately getting an attorney no matter what. Even if he wasn’t in the state he should still have an attorney present. With all this being said if he was racing he needs to face every reasonable consequence of his actions. I’m just not rocking with this era of immediately calling someone guilty of something based off spotty information.

How is the argument flawed given the context of the discussion. Many people have been in accidents and have never had to get lawyers. Just look up the stats over this Easter period. Very few of those people will need lawyers. You can;t say the argument is flawed when the context substantiates the argument.

There has so far been no DEFINITIVE proof that Rice was even present or driving the vehicle when the incident occurred. The smartest thing for someone with his profile, and what he gains to lose career wise is have an attorney present for any police questioning.

Insurance sales person here. You can actually lend your car to anyone and let them drive. They do not have to be listed on the policy. You giving your consent is good enough to let them drive and have your insurance cover the car. Typically the other persons insurance would run as a primary, assuming they also have insurance.

A lot of us who drive have had accidents on the roads and never got legal counsel . If there was footage of the "innocent" man being somewhere else at the time if the murder wouldn't that case get struck off the roll.

@darkwingduck3477your situation isn’t equal because most people don’t have the money for a lawyer so would prefer to not pay that expense. Which is exactly why Unc’s scenario isn’t good either. Most rich people are not talking unless their lawyer is present. It would be foolish to speak without a lawyer present. If I had money, I’m not talking unless a lawyer is present. I don’t have money so I’m more likely to talk without a lawyer present.

I've already stated this on another channel. A DWI is a class B misdemeanor ( a TRAFFIC TICKET for first offense) and if someone is injured or killed you can be charged but leaving the scene is a third degree felony automatic when someone is hurt or killed. IF he wasn't there ( which is gonna be easy to prove...) he has nothing to worry about and as you said he needs to get rid of those hangers on. If he was driving? Big time mistake leaving. Man up isn't sports... it's how you live your life.

I'm impressed as always that Ocho learned how to put on lashes and do makeup. I put my daughter's hair in a ponytail the other day, and it was flat and tight, but her mother made her take it out. Lol, I thought it looked presentable and clean, but obviously, I do not know anything about doing hair.
