Opened the pac but the card turned into points like it was a duplicate. It’s not in Mycollection either

Same here. At first it showed manager card then froze the game. Waited 5 minutes and exited the game to PS5 menu and went back restarting the game. Now I don't have the card and gotten bonus so mething instead.
