He added: Mustard oil When hot, he put in green chili, onion, turmeric (probably mixed with salt/masala) and two eggs per serving Sprinkled more onion and green chilli on top Added a drizzle more of mustard oil Topped with chopped coriander leaves Added some chilli powder/masala Flippety flip Take it out, top with a sprinkle of masala and chopped coriander Serve

I spent my childhood in same locality where this uncle is selling famous poached eggs from more than 20 years .now as i live mumbai this video on amchi mumbai made me nostalgic. I can still remember this taste and long que during winters

Cow dung is very good fuel for fire, I don't think so much for eating or seasoning. Those are not poached eggs, fried

no cow dung ka biogas/gobar gas banaye woh zyada acha fuel hota hai cow dung me methane bhot hota hai ulta zyada dangerous he cow dung ya koi bhi dung ko fuel ke jese use krna esa kuch bhi andshand nhi bolne ka gay mata ki ijjat krte he par sukha gay ka gobar ka gobargas/biogas bana ke use krre toh better hai

It's sun dried dung cakes, usually harmless, coal from those dung cakes is sometimes used as toothpaste in rural areas

Yes we do. Now what? 1st thing cow dung cake is as dry as coal or wood. 2nd he is still cooking in a vessel. There are dishes like litti which is directly cooked over the cow dung cake like barbeque and yes it tastes awesome.
