I first viewed Uncle Roger critiquing Auntie Hersha and it was hilarious. Then happened to watch him in her kitchen as she cooked fried rice. Had me crying with laughter. I love these two. What a good sport Auntie Hersha is. I want to watch more of each. Thanks you two. It’s hard work putting out content. Keep it up. You two are wonderful together.

I am eating rice for the last 26 years, 2-3 times a day....and in my household, my neighbouring households, and the restaurants where I witnessed rice preperation among all the restaurants I've been to, strain rice. Rice cooker is for lazy and unskilled people here....and for an exotic biriyani, you'd need some excellent basmati rice, which you'll need to cook 70-75 % before straining. The rest is cooked after mixing the spices through steaming.
