Tóm lại: Công thức chung của anh đầu bếp này là rán hoặc luộc, sau đó cho gia vị muối, mắm, đường, ớt, hành, gừng, tỏi, hoa hồi, quế, tiêu vào đảo đều rồi cho ngập nước và nấu gần cạn thì ăn. Khi quen kiểu vị đó rồi thì thịt gì họ nhai cũng dẻo miệng 😁😁😁 ❤❤❤
