Unclog a sunroof drain with weedwacker line.

Find the drain holes. Usually at the front two corners inside the track opening. Feed several feet of line into them. Check if they are clear with some water and you’re done. Literally five minutes. If you have shop air, blow it in the hole. Even faster.

Hope this helps you solve it. I think this same issue is what made the previous owner of our Navigator replace the whole fuse panel. When we bought it, the entire interior was wet and mildewed. We stripped the interior out, pressure washed the carpet, bleached the floor pans, and reinstalled. Smelled like new!

Hey friend, in addition, a 20 year old young lady reminded me ...afterwards get a moisture absorber from the ollar store. Wow, people helping people, ain't it groovy

That’s what it’s all about Chris. Knowledge exchange for a better world! On that moisture absorber idea, if your AC works in the vehicle, use that. Both heat or AC will remove moisture faster than an absorbent will. Heat being the fastest. That’s what we did.

You’re welcome. It’s an easy one. Don’t drop the screws when you are taking the front cover off. I did. Had to take the motor loose to find it.

I tried to cleaned. But what I’m using it stuck and don’t go farther than certain point. Any advice??

If you have access to compressed air, it could force the obstruction out of the tube. If not, use a box cutter and round the tip of the weed washer line to make it more likely not to grab onto the tube.

The holes are symmetrical. So the drivers side will be in the same position as the passenger one.

Well that's good to know. But I never had this problem with my 1982 Volkswagen Rabbit. But then I prefer convertibles like my Mercedes CLK430 and my Saturn Sky twin turbo
