When the Australian tribe left nomadic life in 1984, it was because they came into contact with their relatives they had been separated from during the atomic test period in the 1960's. Those who had been forcibly resettled had stayed in the area and came across their nomadic relatives. Which was actually great because they all spoke the same language. When you look back at the beginning of this account, you realize that there was a time in which it was possible to actually set foot on this island, chase after these people, and even capture them by force, while all the others ran away in fear. This is not the case anymore, and you can't help but assume it's because of this account that had to have been passed down from generation to generation among the Sentinelese people.
