Nice modeling techniques, but I'm not sure there would be any advantage to trying to 3d print it. If using liquid resin 3d printing (e.g. stereolithography or DLP) or laser-sintering of dry powder, you'd have to create drain holes and vent holes to get the uncured material out, then plug the two vent holes, which would require a lot of manual intervention to drain it out. In addition, stereolithography systems already have a mode to create an outer skin with interior lattice and the necessary drain holes, a process 3D Systems patented decades ago called "Quickcast". If using FDM (fused deposition modeling), those 3d printing systems already build all of their parts with a watertight outer skin and a lattice type core, and their lattice core is optimized to reduce material consumption while adequately supporting the top surfaces of the outer skin.. I could see 3d printing the Implicit Modeling version without an outer skin, preferably via stereolithography or laser sintering, but so far I just can't see using NX's Implicit Modeling for the interior lattice of an enclosed part.
