I am not familiar with these judges names but the older southern judge sat there and tried to explain to the other 2 his view which is correct and the others seemed only wanting to charge the defendant. The southern judge tried to explain to them that the legislation was flawed and in reading the legislation they must call for a mistrial. The other so called judges felt like it was more important not to let the defendant walk free and they would fix the legislation afterwards. That thinking right there is so backwards and shows why they should not be judges. The judge is there to make rulings based on the law not by what their feelings are.
