Ok, so you know what impresses me the most about you? It's not how beautiful you are or your amazingly adorable personality. It's your mental toughness. I know your brain was telling you to stop way before you finished. I thought at the beginning," I'll bet she's going to try to finish before 30 minutes just to prove a point". And you did exactly that. A lesser person would have announced that before they began., but you aren't out t prove anything to anyone but yourself! It is such bs when restaurants do that kind of thing to professional eaters. They need to have integrity and give you the same time limit and sized meal as everyone else. I would be so mad.

Pad thai and raw spring rolls are my favorite foods on the planet. I would have added the sprouts and maybe some peanuts for texture, but who am I kidding, I'd be lucky to get down 2 pounds. But this vid sure did leave me jonesin' for pad thai!
